The granulator needs to change the net frequently to remove impurities. The extrusion die is generally 18 holes. After the filter is blocked, the pressure of the extruder is very large. It adopts special screw design and different configuration, and is suitable for the production of PP, PE, PS, abs , PA, pvc , PC, POM, EVA, LCP, PET, PMMA and other plastics for regeneration and color mixing granulation. The high-torque design of the gearbox achieves smooth performance without noise. The screw and barrel are specially hardened, with wear resistance, good mixing performance, high output characteristics, vacuum exhaust or ordinary exhaust port design, which can remove moisture and exhaust gas during production. The plastic granulator consists of a base, left and right wall panels, an electric motor, a transmission device, a nip roller, a hob (cutting knives), a trowel (a dicing knife), a sieve bucket and the like. The left and right wall panels are placed on the upper transmission of the base, and the nip rolls, the hobs and the boring tools are installed in the wall panels, and the motor and the sieve bucket are installed in the base. Transmission: It consists of a pulley, a sprocket and a series of gears that transmit the rotation of the motor to the nip rolls, hobs, files and screens to perform various actions.

Transmission hob (cutting knife): It consists of two sets of upper and lower hobs, wherein the upper hob chock can move in the guide groove of the left and right plates. Rotate the upper two wheels of the machine to adjust the gap between the upper and lower hobs to accommodate the pelletizing of different thickness plastic plates. The plastic sheet is rolled by a hob and cut into strips of a predetermined width.

Hob (cutting knife) boring tool (grain knives): Four boring tools are mounted on the turret shaft, and a bottom knives (fixed knives) are placed between the left and right wall panels. The bottom knives and boring tools form a group. Scissors cut the plastic strip into pellets of a certain size. The position of the file on the tool holder shaft can be adjusted and tightened by screws, and the gap between the bed knife and the file can be adjusted. The gap must be adjusted, generally 0.1mm, otherwise the shear is not sharp, affecting the appearance of the plastic particles, and when it is serious, the plastic strip will be cut. When adjusting the file of the boring tool, it must be evenly aligned with the edge of the blade. After adjusting, the fastening screw and the lock nut must be locked to prevent accidents.

Sickle (Pelletizing Knife) nip roll: consists of two upper and lower pressure rolls, mounted between the hob and the file. Springs and guide posts are arranged at both ends of the upper pressing roller, and can be moved up and down along the sliding columns on the left and right wall panels to accommodate the feeding of plastic plates of different thicknesses and maintain a certain pressing force. Its function is to feed the plastic strip cut from the hob into the file.

The nip roll screen is composed of a crankshaft and a sieve bucket, and the sieve bucket is used to drive the sieve bucket to reciprocate and vibrate, and the qualified plastic pellets are sieved into the container. The working process of the machine is as follows: the plastic plate is fed from the feeding port, cut into plastic strips by a hob, fed into a file by a nip roll, and cut into pellets of a certain size by a trowel, and the plastic granules are screened by a sieve. The qualified granules are sieved into the container to complete the dicing of the plastic slab.
